Terms of Sale and Use

1. Product

LaunchTailor sells a personalised English-language digital planning document for a small service-business launch. The product is educational and does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, licensing, insurance, or regulatory advice.

2. Ordering and customer inputs

The customer must provide accurate questionnaire information. Delivery timing begins after a complete questionnaire is submitted. Incomplete, contradictory, prohibited, unsafe, or unsuitable requests may require clarification, adaptation, rejection, or refund.

3. Personalisation and AI assistance

Artificial intelligence assists with analysis, writing, and document production. The customer understands that AI-assisted output can contain errors and must validate important decisions independently.

4. No guarantee

Pricing, workload, cost, and revenue figures are scenarios only. LaunchTailor does not guarantee customers, sales, income, profitability, business-name availability, legal compliance, or market demand.

5. Licence

The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive right to use the delivered Playbook for their own planning and business preparation. Resale, redistribution, public uploading, white-labelling, or commercial template extraction is not permitted without written permission.

6. Delivery

During early access, normal delivery is within 48 hours after complete submission. Delays may occur when information is incomplete, contradictory, or requires manual review.

7. Operator

The service is operated by LaunchTailor Demo Operator. Support is available through the contact page.
