The service may collect name, email, order details, location at city or regional level, skills, resources, schedule, budget ranges, goals, restrictions, business ideas, questionnaire responses, site events, and support messages.

2. Purpose

Information is used to process orders, create and deliver the Playbook, provide corrections and support, secure access, measure the customer journey, improve the product, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

3. Sensitive information

Customers must not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not collected by this website.

4. AI processing

Questionnaire data may be processed by configured AI service providers when generation is enabled. Production deployment should identify the chosen providers and their applicable data terms before accepting live orders.

5. Storage and access

The included MVP stores orders, questionnaire responses, events, and support messages in a local SQLite database controlled by the site operator. Production operators are responsible for backups, access controls, retention rules, secure hosting, and applicable privacy compliance.
